Trainees in The United Kingdom  

Once you have completed your online training course through our online portal you will receive an Accredited E – Certificate with all of your purchased courses. All of our courses are accredited by IPHM Accreditation Group. 

If you would like a Hard Copy of your Accredited Certificate you will need to purchase one for an additional £9.99, please click here or email courses@theonlinebeautycourses.com. 

We also hold Accredited Virtual Courses and Class room Based Courses at various academy locations around the UK delivered by Hampson Training Academy. 

Student Starter Kits are available to buy with the majority of our online training courses. All our kits are provided by ProSpa Beauty and are shipped out by DPD. All of course content, course videos and tutors use products from ProSpa Beauty so that our tutors can also be on hand 24/7 with product advice as well as training advice. If you require a student starter kit simple go to the kits page located on the menu at the top of the page or click here. 

Please note if you purchase and activate the online course it becomes NON REFUNDABLE as you will have accessed course material.

The regulations in each country is different for providing beauty services. The Online Beauty Courses are not responsible for meeting any regulations that individuals need to comply with in regards to their own country’s insurance and standards. 

Our Refund, Returns and Exchanges Policy 

Refunds 

  • Any courses that have been purchased and activated to start the online training automatically becomes Non-refundable as you have been granted access to the online training material.  
  • The Online Beauty Courses reserves the right to cancel and process a refund for any courses bought by a customer that they suspect has means to copyright any of the course material or has purchased the course without the right intentions that the material is for.  
  • On occasion with reasonable reasoning the admin team at The Online Beauty Courses consider full or partial refunds to customers, where no modules within the course material has been activated. For more information regarding this procedure please email 

courses@theonlinebeautycourses.com within 14 days of the original purchase. 

  • In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the same bank account or repayment plan scheme that was original used to make the original purchase. Any fees or charges from third parties i.e. banks, repayment plan schemes, PayPal etc, will be deducted upon the refund. 
  • In the event of a cancellation where modules have been activated, fees will not be refunded. 

Transfers 

  • Requests to transfer to alternative courses can be arranged by The Online Beauty Courses admin team if requirements for the transfer are deemed to be reasonable.  
  •  The admin team must be notified in writing, by sending an email to courses@theonlinebeautycourses.com and you must put the request in within 14 days of the original purchase date.  
  • For a transfer of courses to be made, no modules on the original course purchased must be activated. If the course has been activated it will automatically be deemed as Non-Transferable. 
  • Per account holder for The Online Beauty Courses, the first occasion where a transfer is requested and accepted will be free of charge, all subsequent transfers will attract an administration charge of £50.00. 

Name changes 

  • In the event that you require a change of name on your certificate, a request for this will need to be submitted via email to courses@theonlinebeautycourses.com, you must include a reasonable explanation as to why you require the change of name on your certificate and account, alongside valid photo identification with the name that you are wishing to be on your certificate.  
  • we wil will only change the name on your certificate if the last module has not been completed, and that there is a reasonable explanation for why it needs to be changed for example, if your name has changed due to marriage or a civil partnership.  
  • This procedure is to prevent multiple downloads of different names on any one certificate that has only been purchased once. 
 

Substitutions – We do not facilitate substitutions. 

Course Access and Lifetime Use 

The courses provided by The Online Beauty Courses are accessible for a lifetime period, allowing you to revisit the content and materials as often as desired, however, we are obligated to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules and regulations. As per GDPR requirements, if you do not log in or access your courses within a two-year period, we are legally obliged to remove your data from our system.

Delivery Terms for ProSpa Beauty

Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Order Dispatch
Orders placed before 16:00 will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments additional fees will need to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
