How does a Body HIFU treatment work?

HIFU is a non-invasive cosmetic treatment that uses focused ultrasound energy to target and destroy fat cells beneath the skin. It works by delivering a 24-line matrix of focused energy at a depth of 1.3cm, which is deep enough to reach the targeted fat cells without damaging the surrounding tissue.

The high frequency of the ultrasound wave creates heat that raises the temperature of the targeted area, causing the fat cells to rupture and be absorbed by the body’s lymphatic system. The heat also stimulates collagen production, which can lead to skin tightening and a more youthful appearance.

HIFU treatments are typically performed on areas of the body where stubborn fat is present, such as the abdomen, thighs, and flanks. The treatment is generally painless, and there is little to no downtime required.
