Cancellation/Refund – in the event of a cancellation, fees will only be refunded in full (minus any charges from third parties i.e banks, repayment plan schemes) where no modules have been activated and an email has been received to customerservice@theonlinebeautycourses.com within 14 days.

In the event of cancellation where modules have been activated, fees will not be refunded.

Please note: courses purchased as part of a promotional offer, bundle deal (including but not limited to 3 for 2 offers), discounted packages, or where a discount code has been applied are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing under a promotion or using a discount code, you acknowledge and agree that the discounted pricing is final and not eligible for refund.

Product Exchange/Refund – At The Online Beauty Courses, we are proud to stock products from verified third-party providers and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. For any electrical items purchased, our providers offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If you find any faults within this period, you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund. Please note that once the 30-day warranty period has expired, we cannot provide exchanges or refunds. We encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt and reach out to us promptly if any issues arise.

Transfers – Requests for transfers to alternative courses can be arranged if The Online Beauty Courses admin team are notified in writing by sending an email to customerservice@theonlinebeautycourses.com, these requests must be made before 14 days post purchase of the course, having had no modules activated. One transfer will be accepted without charge, all subsequent transfers will attract an administration charge of £50.00.

Substitutions – We do not facilitate substitutions.
